Conducted receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis to assess predictive performance of CMI for sleep disorders.
A one-unit increase in CMI is linked to a 17% increase in the prevalence of sleep disorders (OR = 1.17; 95% CI: 1.06–1.29; P = .004).
Participants in the highest CMI quartile have an 81% greater risk of sleep disorders compared to those in the lowest quartile (OR = 1.81; 95% CI: 1.29–2.54; P = .002).
The association holds consistent across various subgroups, with body mass index as a significant modifier.
