To evaluate the clinical outcomes of patients with concomitant Philadelphia positive and CRLF2 rearranged B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
Retrospective review of patients with B-ALL who had Ph+ and CRLF2 rearrangement at MD Anderson Cancer Center from 2014-2022.
Analysis of treatment regimens including ABL1 kinase inhibitors, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy.
Assessment of remission status and molecular response using flow-cytometry and next-generation sequencing.
Out of 8 identified patients, 6 were newly diagnosed and experienced a 50% rate of complete remission.
One patient with relapsed disease died from disease complications despite aggressive treatment.
After 1 year, event-free survival was 66% and overall survival was 83% for newly diagnosed patients.
