Literature review and case study reveal Disney's digital marketing strategies and implications for cultural enterprises.
Against the backdrop of global cultural industry transformation driven by digital technologies, this paper, from the perspective of the full industry chain, focuses on Disneys digital marketing model. By combining literature review and case study methods, it aims to analyze its core structure and transmission path. The study finds that Disney has achieved digital innovation and localization strategies for multi-business collaboration with IP as the core driving mechanism. Its transmission path realizes precision marketing through official Apps, private domain traffic, and social media. The study points out the enlightenment of Disneys model for Chinas cultural enterprises, including strengthening the core position of IP, emphasizing the integration of technology and content, enhancing multi-business collaboration, and combining localization with digitization. The research further indicates that it faces challenges such as balancing traditional and emerging businesses, weighing data privacy against user experience, and the limited market adaptability of the model. This study provides theoretical guidance for the perspective of the entire industry chain and digital operation, as well as practical references for the digital transformation of cultural enterprises.
