This article examines dialogue culture in education, highlighting barriers and suggesting solutions for better understanding.
In this article, we want to introduce our understanding of dialogue with regard to education, to represent dialogue as part of culture, and to give examples of dialogue culture in different contexts. Psychological reasons for the unpreparedness of people to conduct a dialogue we find in the specifics of post-Soviet educational practices. The article shows the barriers to establishing a dialogue space between the subjects of the educational process and outlines ways to overcome these barriers.
