This research demonstrates the implementation of a web-based system in higher education settings, highlighting its impact on academic management and effectiveness.
This study is inspired by the web-based infrastructure management system implementation in higher education, with a focus on ease of access and responsiveness through Android devices. Methods used are Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which is a methodology used in research for the development of a system. The research was conducted at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) Sumedang Campus as a case study location with students, lecturers, and education staff as subjects of research. The results of the study show on the web-based facilities and infrastructure system implemented has a high level of ease of use, especially for educational staff and leaders, so that the facilities and infrastructure application can be a more effective tool in supporting academic, operational, and institutional management activities.
