Trust can emerge through an inter-role spatial reciprocity mechanism in structured interactions.
A moderate return ratio leads to clusters of trustors and trustworthy trustees, enhancing trust.
High return ratios negatively impact trustee survival, while low returns harm trustor engagement.
The simulation framework is adaptable for various bipartite games, revealing inter-role spatial dynamics.
