This complex in its entirety represents an innovation in the structure of the Russian Dance Federation’s national festival and competition movement. Unlike traditional competitive systems, which are often criticized for excessive competition, the proposed psychological and pedagogical conditions emphasize the integration of the principles of humanistic pedagogy, the active involvement of parents in the creative process (creation of interactive platforms for quizzes, master classes, entertainment), the creation of platforms for dialogue between participants and the jury (open microphones, autograph-sessions), the use of innovative formats to increase the involvement and motivation of participants (ARG quests, Bingo, jams, battles, business cards, dance exercises). The implementation of the highlighted conditions is aimed at creating a supportive, inspiring environment that increases the effectiveness of developing the creative potential of the participants.
