This analysis reveals how objectives in administrative legal proceedings impact procedural norms, suggesting improvements in legislation.
This study examines the objectives of administrative legal proceedings. A substantive analysis of the category of procedural legislation was conducted to ascertain the meaning and specific features of the application of the relevant legal norms. The findings indicate that the objectives of legal proceedings influence the process of applying various procedural norms in the stages and types of proceedings, and possess a programmatic signif-icance manifested through their connection to the overarching goal of administering justice. The study de-scribes the features of the normative enshrinement and formulation of the objectives of administrative legal proceedings. It argues that current legislation insufficiently reflects the specific nature of procedural norms in the context of disputes arising from administrative and other public legal relations. A comparative analysis of the objectives of administrative proceedings, civil proceedings, and arbitration court proceedings is also provided. An analysis of current judicial practice confirms the study’s conclusions and highlights the poten-tial of this category for further research and practical application in law enforcement. The study presents find-ings of theoretical and practical significance.
