Observational analysis highlights the role of circadian rhythm and Ayurvedic practices in preventing metabolic syndrome.
This paper emphasizes the importance of maintaining circadian rhythm, or the biological clock of the body, to prevent metabolic syndromes. By adhering to daily regimens prescribed in Ayurveda, such as Sadvritta (ethical behavior), Ritucharya (seasonal regimen), Ratricharya (night regimen), and Dinacharya(daily routine), individuals can avoid the adverse effects of unhealthy dietary habits and modern lifestyles. Metabolic syndrome has become a growing burden in contemporary life, leading to severe health complications. Despite awareness, many individuals continue to neglect healthy habits due to social obligations or lack of understanding of the importance of maintaining good health. Creating awareness about Ayurvedic lifestyles can significantly benefit the global population by reducing metabolic syndromes.
