Empirical research investigates how teaching experience shapes classroom management strategies among teachers, showing significant effects.
Research has supported the contribution of classroom management strategies to students’ effective learning. Teachers seek to prevent or even manage behavioral problems by implementing strategies to enhance the learning process in a supportive environment for students. The purpose of this empirical research study is to investigate the effect of Ilia secondary education teachers’ teaching experience on the classroom management techniques they use. The research data were collected from 259 teachers using the quantitative method. The questionnaire as a tool was utilized. The results of the research indicated significant statistical findings which show teachers’ teaching experience as a factor that influences the classroom management techniques they use.
