The article examines the impact of digital platforms on the transformation of social interactions in labor collectives, focusing on changes in communication processes, role distribution and the formation of corporate culture in the context of digitalization. The purpose of the study is to identify the mechanisms of the impact of digital technologies on the organization of work and the social integration of employees. The methodological base of the work includes an analysis of domestic research, a generalization of empirical data and an assessment of practical experience in using digital tools in a professional environment. It has been established that digital platforms contribute to increasing the transparency of interactions, speeding up information exchange and optimizing work processes, but at the same time they create new problems associated with the risk of social isolation and a decrease in the level of interpersonal contacts. Attention is paid to the role of digital services in supporting professional development, employee adaptation and strengthening corporate cohesion. The peculiarity of the study is that it allows us to assess the technological and organizational, as well as socio-psychological effects of digitalization, which are necessary for the development of effective management strategies for modern labor collectives.
