Strategi Kaur Perencanaan Dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan Prima Di Pemerintahan Desa Sogo Kecamatan Kedungtuban

This research examines about the role of the Head of Planningin improving the quality of service excellence in Sogo Village,Kedungtuban Sub-district, Blora District. Using a qualitativeapproach and narrative design, data was collected throughinterviews, observation, and documentation. The findingsshow that the Kaur Perencanaan has the main responsibility inpreparing development plans and managing village data, butis often faced with additional tasks that interfere with the focuson his main duties. Strategies implemented to improve servicesinclude developing information technology competencies,increasing human resource capacity, collaborating with othervillage officials, and increasing transparency andaccountability. However, constraints such as limited resourcesand resistance to change remain a challenge. This studyrecommends additional staff, technology training, and thedevelopment of standard operating procedures (SOPs) toimprove service effectiveness. The results of this study areexpected to provide insights for the development of publicservice policies at the village level.
