This study investigates whether the issuance of Green, Social, and Sustainable (GSS) bonds improves a firm's sustainability profile compared to a firm that does not issue GSS bonds, whether a company with a high ESG score would stay true to its sustainable commitment by publishing a post-issuance report, and whether a company with a high ESG score would re-issue a GSS bond based on the data from 2013 to 2023 in the Asia-Pacific region.
