Socijalno Stanovanje – Kako Do „krova Nad Glavom“- Drugi Deo

In order to satisfy necessary minimum of healthy, fulfilling life, basis of which is solving issue of housing - providing "a roof over one's head" for special categories of population such as youth, socially vulnerable persons and elderly, need for planning documentation and its implementation in practice has arisen. One of positive examples of actions of local authorities is planned complex of social and non-profit housing in settlement; "Ovča" in Belgrade, which was presented in April 2014 at the Chamber of Engineers. Based on adopted Urban Planning Project for the location in question (year 2012), its implementation began in block 1. Adoption of General Regulation Plan (units I - XIX) and Amendments to Law on Planning and Construction, created planning possibilities to continue construction of residential buildings, accompanying facilities, redefinition of part of block in which started residential construction and formation of separate construction plots for planned public purpose contents.
